How can I pay?

You can pay with most debit and credit cards. Payments are securely processed by PayPal, between your computer and the payment provider. No payment information is transmitted or stored on our servers.

In what currency are the price expressed on the web?

The values expressed are in US dollars (US).

Are your articles fresh? When do they expire?

We can make sure you get the freshest items as they are delivered from the grower directly to you, without middlemen or long freight times.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us detailing the situation and we will issue a partial or full refund accordingly.

How much is the shipping?

DHL Express shipping rates can be quoted at the time of loading the shopping cart. You can order from most countries. Other shipping options may be available depending on your shipping address. Please check availability during the purchase process.

When does my order arrive?

We ship as soon as possible, normally within 24 business hours of receiving your order. Your tracking code will be sent to you immediately after shipment. There may be additional delays due to current conditions. Shipping usually takes 3-7 days to most major cities in America, Europe and Australia depending on the option selected and your address.

What happens if I am not available to receive my order?

DHL will leave a message at the delivery address and/or contact you by phone to arrange another delivery attempt. If you wish to request special services, please contact us in advance.

What is paid for?

When you place an order on the Argentina Marketplace, you pay for the items you have selected, shipping to the selected destination, and insurance. If applicable, local taxes are not paid. If in doubt, please  contact us or contact your local DHL office. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased items can be shipped to the desired country, based on local laws.

I am looking for something that is not on the list. Can you get it for me?

We offer shipping services for items that are not on the site and the customer wishes to buy. Please contact us with your requirements.

Expiry dates

Please note that most products follow the day/month/year date format that is common in all Spanish-speaking countries.

What does the status of my order mean?

Order Processing: Your order is being processed and packaged at one of our fulfillment centers.

Shipped: Your order is completed and shipped using one or more of our carriers.

Partially Shipped: One or more items in your order have been shipped, while others are still being processed and will ship shortly.

Pending: Confirmation of the transaction from our payment processor is pending. Confirmations may be delayed by fraud prevention measures.

Manual verification required: insufficient or ambiguous shipping information, no phone number, or any other issue that prevents us from automatically fulfilling and shipping your order. We will contact you by email, order message or phone if necessary.

I have not received any notification email

We send automated notification emails to the address provided when the order is confirmed, pending fulfillment, order processing and shipping. Please check your spam or updates folder for notification emails. Please check that your email was entered correctly during checkout or registration.
